1. Preparation for work
(1) Unlicensed personnel are prohibited from working: Two or more personnel who have obtained the qualification for elevator mechanical (electrical) installation and maintenance must be arranged to work on site.
(2) It is forbidden to work without labor protection: it must be checked in advance to ensure that work clothes, safety helmets, lifelines (safety belts), insulating shoes, protective gloves and other labor protection equipment are qualified, reliable, and properly worn.
(3) Prohibition of fatigue or drinking operation: You must master the operation content and procedures on the site in detail; your body should be in good condition, and it is strictly forbidden to enter the elevator operation site after fatigue or drinking.
2. On-site enclosure
Prohibit irrelevant personnel from entering the job site: warning signs and safety guardrails must be set up at the specified positions, and necessary safety protection measures must be taken.
3. Multi-person cooperation
It is forbidden to guess the words and deeds of the companions and act without authorization: multiple people must cooperate tacitly, and establish a communication system for re-singing and singing: notify → receive → confirm the command (for example: "car down" → "down" (companion) → "down"), contact Gestures etc. should confirm each other and ensure that they can be communicated accurately even under the influence of visibility, noise and other factors.
4. Working at heights
It is forbidden to operate without protective measures at heights: when working at a height of more than 2 meters, a work platform should be set up in principle. If the work platform cannot be erected, an anti-fall protection device must be used; when the height exceeds 1.5m, a ladder must be used; shock absorption The rope must be reliably connected to the lifeline that can withstand the tension of more than 1.4 tons; the support point of the lifeline must be firm and can withstand the tension of more than 1.4 tons.
5. Open the floor door
It is forbidden to fully open the landing door at one time: the landing door must be opened correctly by a professional using the triangular key. Before the position of the car is determined, the landing door cannot be opened at one time, and the opening width of the landing door shall not exceed 100mm.
6. Entering and exiting the car roof
It is forbidden to enter or exit without pressing the emergency stop switch: confirm the position of the car and open the landing door correctly, first cut off the emergency stop switch on the top of the car, and then actuate the maintenance switch; the landing door must be closed to verify the effectiveness of the emergency stop and maintenance switches one by one , before entering the car roof; before leaving the car roof, stop the car running at a suitable position, and only after verifying the validity of the evacuation floor door lock circuit can leave the car roof. The car top inspection and emergency stop switches are restored in sequence outside the landing door. After closing the landing door, it must be confirmed that the landing door is securely locked.
7. Car top operation
It is forbidden to work in the automatic running state: after entering the car top, it must be operated in the stop or inspection state. When stopping the elevator, you must press the emergency stop switch; if you need to work or move outside the guardrail, you must fasten your seat belt; if you need to overhaul and run, you must pay attention to moving parts (such as wire ropes, counterweights, and reverse rope pulleys) possible injury to personnel.
8. In and out of the pit
It is forbidden to enter and exit without the emergency stop switch being turned off: give the elevator to the upper floor and the top floor 2 button commands, confirm the position of the car, after the landing door is opened correctly, the validity of the landing door lock and each emergency stop switch must be verified; open the shaft For lighting, it is necessary to confirm that the emergency stop switch is reliably disconnected before entering or leaving the pit; do not jump into the pit; choose a safe position in the pit to ensure that the electrical safety switch can be disconnected with bare hands, so that the car can be inspected and run.
9. Electrical work
Operation with live or without insulation protection is prohibited: when there is no need for live work, the power must be cut off and checked for confirmation, and the switch must be locked and tagged; Protective equipment; all power tools (including portable) must use a leakage protector.
10. Brake adjustment
It is forbidden to directly release the spring to adjust the brake: the operator must pass the professional training for brake (brake) adjustment; the brake must be disassembled and inspected regularly according to the manufacturer's requirements. It is necessary to strictly follow the requirements of the manufacturer's instructions or related materials. On the premise of ensuring safety, first park the car on the top floor, make sure that there is no one in the car, close the landing door and car door, and completely compress the buffer against the counterweight. Carry out the adjustment check again.
11. Safety circuit
It is forbidden to short-circuit the electrical safety circuit in the automatic running state: the standard short-circuit must be used for short-circuiting; it is forbidden to short-circuit the electrical safety circuit of the landing door and the car door at the same time; the electrical safety circuit of other devices can be short-circuited only in the maintenance state. The shorting wire must be removed before leaving, and the shorting wire must not be left on site.
12. Driving a car to save people
It is forbidden to release people in the non-leveling area: 1. Determine the position of the car; 2. Disconnect the main power supply; 3. Install the turning device (if necessary); 4. Two people cooperate with manual turning; 5. Confirm the car and the floor When the height difference between the door and sill is less than 0.5m, open the landing door to safely release the passengers; 6. Repair and troubleshoot. Trapped passengers should be kept in contact throughout the process.
