It is reported that the "Residential Design Code" officially implemented today requires that for residential buildings with a total number of 12 floors and above, there should be no less than two elevators in each building, and one of them must be able to accommodate stretchers. According to the new "Residential Design Code", the resident's bathroom should not be directly arranged on the upper floor of the bedroom, living room, kitchen and dining room of the lower-level residents; the balcony railing design must adopt a structure that prevents children from climbing; it is located on the balcony, veranda and the lower part of the open stair landing. Safety measures should be taken to prevent objects from falling and hurting people.

From today onwards, if home appliance repair technicians exaggerate about service items, in addition to complaining to the industry and commerce department, they can also seek protection in accordance with the "Administrative Measures for Home Appliance Repair Service Industry" reviewed and approved by the Ministry of Commerce. According to the "Administrative Measures for Home Appliance Maintenance Service Industry", home appliance maintenance practitioners should have occupational and technical qualifications to engage in corresponding maintenance activities. Appliance maintenance operators and employees shall not "falsely list, exaggerate, or forge maintenance service items or content", and shall not "fake the appliance manufacturer's trademark or special maintenance logo", and maintenance personnel need to be "certified to work", etc., in violation of the above provisions, In serious cases, a fine of not more than 30,000 yuan will be imposed.
